“The most valuable thing I have to offer my clients is my focus on them – on their lives, not just their portfolios. This is the starting point for a relationship based on trust and the foundation on which everything we do together stands.”
“Retire into yourself as much as possible. Associate with people who are likely to improve you. Welcome those whom you are capable of improving. The process is a mutual one. People learn as they teach.”
Lucius Seneca (c. 4 BC – AD 65)

Let's Grow Wiser. Faster. Smarter. Wealthier. . Together.
Francisco was born in the United States and grew up in Germany in a loving extended family. He was raised by his mother who was an English teacher. He spent summers in New Jersey and in upstate New York with the American side of his family.
As a student in Germany, Francisco attended the rigorous German Gymnasium where he received a classical education in the humanities and sciences. He earned the prestigious Abitur – the educational mastery qualification for studying at a German university. Upon graduation he chose a highly unusual path. In the German system, students choose between academics and a trade. He followed his love of cars and mechanically complex machines.
Francisco committed to becoming an auto mechanic and, as such, a journeyman member of the centuries old German metal workers guild. He was accepted into a three year apprenticeship and became a licensed VW, Audi and Porsche mechanic. After finishing his apprenticeship and working, Francisco decided to attend university.
He returned to the United States where he earned his bachelor of arts degree in political science from the College Honors Program at UCLA in 1992. He graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to graduate from the law school at the University of California, Berkeley in 1995.
Over the course of the next seven years, he worked for several of Washington DC’s powerhouse law and accounting firms, including Baker & McKenzie, King & Spalding and KPMG LLP, where he designed and implemented complex financial transactions and tax strategies for high net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Francisco left the practice of law in 2002 and shifted his career direction to investing in real estate and establishing a boutique residential real estate firm in Bethesda, Maryland. By 2008, Francisco’s interest in investing had grown beyond real estate.
In 2009, Francisco was accepted into the well-respected Georgetown University Financial Planning Certificate program. In 2010, upon completion of that intensive program of study and the passing of the highly regarded national CFP® examination, Francisco landed squarely and confidently in the financial services and investment industry. Francisco became a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner. Francisco is Series 7 and 66 registered and holds life and health insurance licenses as well. In addition, he is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. In 2010, he created Financial Choreography, LLC.
